So if you’re going on vacation to, say, the Netherlands to look at the tulip fields, it’s ok to arrest you at Schiphol airport and put you in a prison for the next 4 weeks? NVM that prisons in the NL are pretty nice.

I don't see evidence that they are currently in prison,. Looks like they were held for 10 days in a small cell and are now free. They're not allowed to return to the states until the case occurs, but they are not in prison.
