Our food hasn’t been safe in a very long time. Fire them all.

Just wait. You really think it can’t get worse? Wait.

The PP is a moron. Chronically underfunded USDA was the problem, but firing them will fix it? And in a supply chain this big, the fact that we are as safe as we are (sorry...were) is. A minor miracle.

Safe?? Americans are sicker than ever, and the sickest country in the Western Hemisphere. You sound like a Fed.

A lot of these are linked to PFAs in the environment and public drinking water - so buying from local farms does not actually improve your health when their own soil and water used for farming is already contaminated thanks to deregulation and lack of regulation at the EPA . Get back to me when Trump's administration is going to do anything about PFAs. If you are doing your research, you care far more about this than anything else. Put another way, anyone can control what they buy in terms of processed food, but when PFAs are everywhere, you cannot control the quality of anything you eat and we are all doomed.

Cancer, fertility, thyroid disfunction, developmental delay, possibly autism, even more tied to PFA exposure. I am so sick of MAGA influencers ranting about food dyes and ignoring what is actually making us sick.

And therein lies the problem.
We know GOP won’t do anything.
But why don’t our Dem admins?

Because the fake "MAHA" party repeatedly votes against doing anything about PFAs over and over. They tout getting red dye banned while they do nothing about the chemicals that are impacting us all, our children, babies, grandchildren.

I know there are MAGAs here reading this and I hope you call out your leaders' hypocrisy on saying they will Make America Healthy while doing jack about dangerous PFAs impacting our health.

I don’t know if this has been covered yet, but bear in mind that a lot of the people associated with MAHA are not even legitimate food scientists. They are random people with ideas and things to sell. Aka, Grifters. The one lady he associates with who calls herself a doctor, didn’t finish her residency and was training to be an ear nose and throat specialist. Not a nutritionist anything relevant like that. The chemicals they are yelling about in place of EPA regulations are a distraction so they don’t have to go against the corrupt party they have sided with and can continue selling “wellness.”

Exactly. Democrats should care.

You need to get to know your local farmers.

PP. I do already. Not sure your point.

….while INFERTILITY treatments reep HUGE PROFITS. How convenient for the medical industry and big pharma.

Most of these infertility treatments are due to women waiting until they are older to have children. It has very little to do with microplastics or endocrine disruptors.

Toxins and poisons can’t be good for anyone, especially tiny human beings in utero.

I never said that they weren’t, but the increase in people having infertility issue is mostly related to age. Declaring war on microplastics will not solve this issue.

True, that advanced age among men and women trying to conceive a child is certainly an issue.
