The whole movie, I just kept thinking how much better the movie would be if they had some decent songwriters. There are so many Latino artists that write amazing lyrics and can really spin a beat. These songs just didn't really have either. They felt like a teenager put together some angsty lines, there was no real rhythm and rhyme, and then they just let AI create an automated beat behind them.

They really were awful. Zero melody, stupid lyrics - just awful all around. Can't believe they won the Oscar for that garbage.

I thought she ruined the song. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that they just chose the wrong singer. But I love that song and hated her version.

She is just not a good singer at all generally. She seems to be at every show and I’ve only thought she sounded good once.

Frustrated that the song from Emilia Perez won. I love Selena Gomez but that song was just not very good, and I found the woman who wrote it really irritating.

Yeah, but in a cool way. I think this dress is way better than her choice for the Golden Globes, which didn't work on her frame. I'm not sure why she's so set on the hair/makeup combo that she's recently been favoring, but I guess it worked with this dress. I wish she had eyebrows again.
