I love these people telling us to leave and then slip in ‘yes, we are dual citizens in the UK’ or some BS. Not the reality for most people.
Find a way out.
Apply for asylum abroad
This is one of the stupidest things I have ever read on this site. No country is going to accept asylum seekers from the US.
I wouldn’t be so sure. I could see that there could an outflow of “refugees” from the US. People that are being discriminated against or oppressed, possibly threatened.
The thing is, there is going to be brain drain from red states to blue states, and blues states internationally. I think that a lot of countries would be more than willing. It’s not like we are trying to ship Trump voters over there

Russia can't even conquer Ukraine, they're going to beat France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, The Netherlands, Ireland and the UK?
They could with US assistance. Everything done so far seems to be a favor to Russia, so it could happen.

No one will be fine when the economy collapses and we run out of food.
Anonymous wrote:No, I'm actually returning to the US. Despite everything, the US is still one of the best places in the world for skilled work. I hit a dead end here. Economically, Europe has been struggling.
Don't let the 'liberal' mindset fool you.
Culturally, it's very xenophobic even if you speak the local language. People are racist and closed-minded here, especially towards foreigners. Integration is hard.
Yes, some places are safer, but a lot of these countries have real issues too.

Give Trump a few more years and you would just have to return to the States as a refugee from Italy, Holland and the Provence region in France. Poland is all that is holding Putin back from taking over Europe.
Putin can't capture Kyiv, I don't think he's rolling through Rome.

Russia will invade on the East and Trump and Hangover Hesgeth will be on the West and where Putin and Trump meet, that is where the spoils shall be split.

+1 most Americans do not qualify for another citizenship or have a high level skill that makes it easy to leave.
Where are the skilled workers going to go willingly? They have to accept a steep salary cut.
I think the OB/GYNs for one would be happy to trade a lower salary for the right to practice evidence-based medicine on a healthier maternal population without fear of being imprisoned. Plus no obscene medmal bills.
And pretty much every civilized country would be happy to have them.
