Also, Trump's real estate fraud was vast, was proven to be planned, intentional and premeditated and was a criminal conspiracy given his CFO, Controller and others were involved (6 different individuals and 10 Trump business entities in 3 different states were involved in Trump's real estate fraud) and they knowingly kept separate sets of books in order to orchestrate the fraud, and the fraud continued over the span of many years and involved $364 million in fraudulent gains.
