DC never closes anymore, despite roads being impassable and schools closed. Bowser thinks it makes her look dedicated (ha!) and competent (lolz), but it really makes her look quite stupid and detached from reality and peoples' well-being (ding ding ding).

Happy to be proven wrong, but doubt it.

I also don't even see an official DC delay anywhere
