I haven’t been to the MLK library recently so I hope you are right that “everyone” is still there, including non-homeless people. Prior to the renovation it was in very bad shape - I was very creeped out going there and there was plenty of crime and drug dealing happening in spots with poor visibility. The renovations seem to have taken away the hidden spots which is good. I was not impressed to see homeless people still sleeping/pissing at the front entrance on a Sunday afternoon recently though.

I love how you're trying to twist my words and shape it into something I'm not saying. If a homeless person is dealing drugs in the library, they need to be arrested and removed just like everyone else. If they are breaking the rules, they need to be removed. Simply existing in the same space as the rest of the population does not break the rules, however.
