He certainly doesn't look like a "lib" (for those that are trying to politicize this tragedy).

If you could prove the parents knew or should have known it was possible for them to do that, and did nothing or even enabled it, then yes. Charge them. Parents, lock up your guns, and don’t give fast cars to reckless teens who have demonstrated poor decision making.
