This move to NL is all about recruiting. If you talk to parents from the 3 main clubs, the organization and guidance that NL provides is head and shoulders above the others. It’s not even close. The parents of ML players know this. The college coaches don’t want to deal with Cabel. And DCE barely communicates with their boys. Some of their players haven’t even heard from the coaches. NL is better from a recruiting standpoint. And when you get into HS, everything is about recruiting. Pretty simple.
Not Dave and not a NL family, but this is correct. NL is by far superior to the area clubs in its recruiting. Yes, a lot relies on the hs coaches, but their system has just done better. Fact.
