My kid was a Lane 6 swimmer, and they were STRESSED about that boundary line. The backstroke kid alone added probably 3 seconds to their time over their seed time.
Same here. 9-10 girl. Ended up on the lane line on other side of the lane because they were so scared of DQing. This whole thing was ridiculous. The young kids were so stressed out.
Coaches were informed at 3:45 PM. Meet started at 4 PM. Right before clerking, kids got a scary speech about staying inside the green tape. Rutherford was an awesome host (thank you!), but the timing of this update was not ideal.

Zero.
No teams dqed for that.
Event 3: girls 8 and under medley: DQ for alternating kick on fly
Event 4:boys 8 and under medley: Dq for alternating kick on breast, and two dqs for early relay take off.
Event 5: girls 9-10 medley: two dqs for early relay take off.
That doesn't mean that kids weren't worried about it, but no dqs for it
Where can one find these DQs? Is there a way to find them for anyone (not a data person) on the NVSL site? If so, is that information also available for dual meets?
It's in the ASR folder on NVSL Site: https://www.mynvsl.com/file/36577/ASR_2024_Meet_Results_pdf
They also post after IAS.
For dual meets team reps receive official results and they will list DQ but don't always have the reason.
And looks like Event 3: KG did get a DQ for "other" which to be this weird lane thing.
From the livestream recording (which can still be viewed), it doesn't look like KG had any issue with the wall. So DQ was likely something else.

You missed one: Event 3 8 and under medley Kent Gardens DQ for "other"
and others have mentioned that their swimmers were very stressed about this during their races.

How did they find out about this? Was it at the mandatory coaches meeting before the meet?
It is really shocking that this wasn't mentioned or clearly outlined in the pre-meet guides.
Yes, first mention was at the 3:45 meeting. Team Reps were told about the meeting at 3:00pm. They also did not have the pool set up with lane lines for pool familiarization, so there was no opportunity for teams to even see that it was an issue ahead of time. How is this not an issue at every meet Rutherford hosts?

The team reps get a carbon copy of the DQ sheet. A box indicating the reason has to be checked
