Seems like a majority of the teams that have these attributes are fully formed from 2032 on up.

Does not exist in VA. Start studying google maps for routes to howard county

3D is a good option.

At the elementary school level, the coaching at Pride is probably best in area -- same level as BLC.

However, once you get to 7th grade you start to see top players move to help position them for high school.

As others have said it really depends on the team. Usually the coaches are pretty stable, but I found the younger coaches 2-4 years out of college had the most instability. Every club out there has issues with coach's. When picking a team/club, try to determine team stability. If a team is returning the majority of its players there is a good reason for that and the opposite is true if you show up at tryouts and only 4-5 girls are returning.

Is the coaching stable at Pride?

With Pride, and a lot of the clubs in the DC area, it is Team specific. There are some Teams that are competitive and most of the players/families are happy and there are others where that is not the case.

Pride is also one of the most expensive clubs in the area so I would imagine that will drive churn if a player/family is not having a good experience.

Any particular reason to avoid Pride? I've heard they can be a bit nutty but the girls do develop good stick skills.
