I like this. I like the truly dramatic and the reveals for Met, it's the place to showcase true artistry. J. Lo looked good, but she also looked like she was headlining in Vegas in a near naked dress we've seen a variation of for 20 years. I like to see the showstoppers! Blake Lively is actually really good at this, was she there?

This is absolutely beautiful and so classy. I am NOT a Kardashian fan but Kris is rocking this look. She understood the assignment and looks amazing.

Zendaya wore two looks (she is a co-chair of the gala, along with JLo, Chris Hemsworth, and Bad Bunny -- co-chairs sometimes get much more dramatic, a la Blake Lively's "Statue of Liberty" dress transformation a few years ago). Here is the second look, which I like better than the first, though I like them both and think she's gorgeous and an amazing red carpet dresser (both are definitely inspired by the short story that provided the theme of the gala):

I don't hate her and I like her hair like this. But I do think she can't actually pull this off. She is lost in it and doesn't have the presence.
