We took a lot of day trips in the car when I was growing up. We never stopped for fast food. Mom always had snacks and sandwiches packed. How hard is that?

Last time I was there was Friday. You get free fries if you use the app. That and a frozen Coke for the drive home is my end-of-week happy hour.

At my local McDonald's it is $7. I walked out. But I miss that squishy bun. So that last time was about 3 years ago.

My teens refuse to touch it. Even as little kids, they'd take the toy out of the bag, but wouldn't eat the food. Annoying, but I can't really blame them. It's gross.

Yes, but it still tastes far better. And sorry but McDonald's employees are typically so gross, I can't eat food made by employees mopping greasy floors, coughing, dirty shirt, dirty appearance, going in and out of the building for mobile orders.
