Unless players transferred out of Riverside and no one knows it. Injuries are the only thing that can possible derail them from running away with the district again. This is a team that went 6-4 with Prep this fall. I don’t put much faith in off season results but if we’re going to throw out a meaningless fierce nation result as some sort of an accomplishment I guess it’s worth mentioning.
Indy will have their time but it will not be this year. Faceoffs and Coaching Will be the difference.
And they also got crushed by Albans and PVI. Although my son plays at PVI and said they didn’t have the face-off kid the entire day and played young kids at the end. I think the FOGO might be hurt maybe that’s why everyone thinks they aren’t good?

Maybe Indy?
really? I think that last year they got killed by Riverside by 15 goals and lost/fired their coach. For a Virginia 5A to be included alongside the likes of SJC, Prep and Landon they would need to do something pretty special. what is their best win?
Check your facts. They lost to Riverside by 11, and it was a lot closer then the score indicated. Also, that was last year. They have an insane '26 class that has gotten so much better since last season. I pretty sure beating Robinson (ranked 15th) this winter was a pretty good win for the Tigers.

Agree, I actually have Riverside 3rd in the Potomac District...1. Indy (so much talent) 2. Briar Woods (they will break through) 3. Riverside (lost too much). Should be interesting to see it play out, but I'm pretty confident with my prediction.
