The ones with plugged doors are grounded. I don’t know how many that was out of the total. If they can’t use the aircraft they will probably find another plane or else reschedule you to another flight.

How do you know what aircraft you’ll have? I’m on the delta app for an upcoming trip and it doesn’t say what model plane it is, even on aircraft details. Does it only show that right before a trip?

Seems like only a matter of time before another 737 MAX crashes. Boeing can’t be trusted anymore.

There are also older 737s, but I don't think they are much in use anymore by any US-based airlines.

Just took a 737 today- they are not all grounded

Nope, only the ones with the door plug. Not all Max 9's have the door plug- some have an actual door there. Depends on their seat density. Past a certain number of seat you need the extra exit door. But some airlines don't have their layout that dense, so they don't need the door, and order it with the door plug in place. It's lighter and less parts/maintenance than a door, if you are wondering why not order it with the door. Of course that assumes it's installed correctly!

And the Max 8 is smaller so it can't get to the number of seats required to need the extra exit door. That's why none of them have the door/plug option, and hence none are grounded.
