25% are saying it is because they were being abused; that's the appalling part.

Disagree. Why would you risk your and your kids’ peace on a twice-divorced man? It's one thing to ignore red flags when you're single, but ignoring red flags is gross negligence if you're a parent.

Date is fine, nothing more. His focus is on his kid. He won’t be able to afford anything until kid is much older.

If you are thinking long term, RUN! He can sell a vision, but won’t deliver the dream. Even if he was perfect and they destroyed him, he keeps picking the wrong person and waivers in his commitment.
