They are two broken people with histories filled with trauma, addiction, deprivation and chaos, who got married, found fame and had kids. The wealth disguised the pathology for years, as is often the case. Until that no longer worked.

She was really hot when she was younger and that garnered her roles and attention but she was never on his trajectory. She was a Rita Wilson, but less supportive and with a lot more drama (which is saying something because RW is kind of a piece of work).

She is beautiful. But she also has a very aggressive case of RBF. Even when she's smiling, she looks kind of mad. Especially in recent years, it's honestly very hard to find a photo of her where she doesn't look pissed off.

I actually think it would be a good way for him to turn the page on "the slap" because it would make Jada the fall guy for it. Kind of like when people go into addiction recovery treatment to get out of responsibility for things. Public perception of her is low, people are always eager to blame a woman for a man's actions, etc.

To be clear, I think Jada is toxic and it sounds like marriage sucks -- I think they should break up. But just in terms of PR, I think a divorce would be beneficial for him.
