That would be me. I love summer + hate fall because fall means it gets darker earlier at night and winter is coming.

+1 Fall is the death of summer and I also hate it.
'Summer died' has been my feeling about fall since childhood. Fall means the trees, grass, flowers are dying. I look forward to spring when the trees, etc. come back to life again, it was always a miracle to watch. But that means 'spring died' when it is 85+ and too hot and I don't like scalding hot and humid weather, then I am reminded that the trees will be dying soon, and the cycle continues. I guess that's life.
This is me too. Only 183 days until spring!
