It DIDN’T work out at all schools. It was a miserable year that I do not want to repeat. And yet we are not fully staffed so here we go.

With teachers or without teacher the kids will be sedentary in a room disregarding the lessons to play on their phones and teachers will be hassled and bullied by admin for not inflating enough, not working enough unpaid overtime, reporting too much, adking for support, etc. Welcome to education in mcps.
