Pearce is handshake deal pending the sale to Gojo so the kids will jane the funds to buy
Stewart and Sandi think Gojo should pay more for Waystar but Swedish Guy will walk away of there's price haggling
The vote is to approve the sale to gojo

I felt really confused by last night's episode. What is the Gojo deal? What happened with Pearce? Who is Windell and what's the point of the Swiss guy? Why did Stewy and that daughter show up? What's the vote for? I want to watch family dynamics and their extravagant lifestyles, not be confused for a whole episode about business stuff.

This episode showed that Connor really feels on his own, since childhood. I believe Logan had Connor's mother sent the "booby hatch" so he could basically get rid of her and marry his second wife (Kendall, Shiv and Roman's mother). They said that Logan ignored Connor, since childhood, and he didn't have his mother around or another full sibling. His quasi loyalty to his father, Logan, is sad.

Then he basically is paying his prostitute to marry him. I like Willa's character. She probably never wanted to be an escort, and find herself the gravy train of clients. In the first season the other three siblings used to make fun of Willa but they've stopped doing that. She seems to blend in now pretty well. Poor Connor just wants someone to love him, even if it means paying for it. I felt terrible for him.

I did feel bad for Connor in this episode, and Shiv's total disinterest in him felt harsh even when you factor in that she is probably feeling a bit nihilistic about marriage at the moment. Roman was the only one who appeared to care about him at all. Logan was absolutely awful to him. I also feel bad for Willa even though she is doing this to herself.

The business/money stuff feels really dumb to me at this point. The one thing I did think was interesting was Kendall getting that call from the Skarsgård character about how he is never going to spend more and he'll walk away if they push him, and then immediately concluding they need to push him for more money. It's a toss up to me whether this is just the petulance of a child who gets mad when anyone tells him "no more cake" and, being a privileged baby who was minded by paid nannies instead of parents, is used to ultimately getting what he wants, OR if this is him displaying his dad's killer instinct and realizing that if this guy is worried enough to call, maybe that means he's at some disadvantage that can be exploited. Or maybe both are somehow true and the takeaway will be that being a demanding, entitled baby is actually the secret to success at this level. Or maybe they'll lose both the Gojo deal and, as a result, the Pierce deal, and be humiliated. I don't know but I thought that was the most interesting thing that happened in the episode, was Kendall taking that call outside on the stairs and then deciding to hear Stewy out.

The whole family is so pathetically dysfunctional. Some good laughs in this episode though. I can’t believe Roman can so easily be manipulated by Logan.

Great episode. I don’t think Roman will flip that easily, that feels played out. Shiv hovering over tom’s name was “sweet.”

Connor needs to get his shoes off the bed though!

All of last season was the same.

I think they're all mailing it in, they're all over it and ready to move on. Every episode is like watching Groundhog's Day. Seems like they cheeped out on writers this season too. Or maybe it's just impossible to get any more out of these beaten horse. Planes, black luxury cars, a fancy house, fake drama, teenage-tier wisecracks, and the same overplayed score 100 times an episode. The 2018 sizzle is long gone.

Meh, I found it boring and depressing (after loving previous seasons). I hope it gets better.

I'm rooting for Greg and Tom, and probably Geri. The 3 central kids are all so unlikeable and stupid. Logan is the worst. It was hard to watch this time.
