The question should really be whether it is abnormal to be racist about a baby’s skin color or features? No, unfortunately it is not. Meghan has her father’s nose that is said to be one of the most requested shapes in plastic surgeons’ offices. She straightens her hair. Nearly the whole world has internalized Western/White beauty standards. Do you think she was secretly hoping her child would have 4C hair and her mother’s broader nose? Nope, it I was just painful to experience such entitled, casual racism. Until fairly recently, more black models just looked like white women with full lips and a tan. It will take many, many years of media representation to counter colorism and I am not optimistic about the change.
Megan has had rhinoplasty, like most celebs

It's one thing to wonder if your kids will have blonde hair and blue eyes, but if it's in the context of making sure they have Aryan features, well then that's a whole other problem. The implication in the case of the royal family is that a dark skinned child would have been seen as an imperfection in their bloodline.
Where are you getting this from?
If you knew anything about English culture you'd realize that having a ginger is considered by far the bigger imperfection.

um, the interview with Oprah where MM stated someone in the royal family was asking about skin tone of their baby? Why else do you think TRF would care about skin tone? Their entire existence is based on bloodline

She's such a liar. In order for her to not look black she spends tons of money and time on her hair. If you see older photos of her her hair is very naturally frizzy and it's black. I don't for one moment believe that she forgets she's black.

Great example. This contribution, in the context of this thread, is racist!
WTF?
How ? Why? You are freaking crazy.

Saying "it's just comedy" is such a cop out. When your comedy involves taking positions on social issues, you have to expect people to engage with them seriously
