Is that true of all the other school districts in Virginia that were late with notifications? Or somehow unique to FCPS?

The notification delay for commended students was just one of many FCPS mishaps in recent years, some of which reflect not an error, but intentional neglect of basic duties. This school board absolutely needs to be sacked.
