Not that it has anything to do with whatever testosterone fueled argument between the two of them occurred, but it speaks to poor character on the part of the alleged “victim” here. But there’s clearly no disability apparent in the trainer, yet he parked in a space reserved for people with physical impairment. That’s a dick move.
Had his car never been in that space, his door wouldn’t have been dinged.

I am guessing you want us to visibly tattoo the handicapped so they are easily identifiable on video?

I think he lost his job because he is not the only high ranking DC government official that maintains an apartment in DC but actually lives elsewhere. By going away quietly it kept other people from being exposed.
