electability is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Vote for whoever best represents what you'd like to see on Council. Trying to guess what other people are doing is futile.

That’s enough to make me never vote for Goulet. I wasn’t 100% on Frumin but if the only other real option is pro- charter schools, I have no choice.
