Why has AlxNow.com reporting suddenly shifted on Hutchings?

Hopefully they’ll deep dive on the ACPS Admin Lifer-turned-new school board member who helped make all this sh!tshow possible from the inside.

Do tell, Ignacio?

She’s probably trying to figure out a way to appoint herself Interim Superintendent while staying on the SB.

Maybe it hasn't officially launched. He was very focused on his other ventures (i.e., writing, teaching, etc.) so it makes sense for him to resign to focus on them. Presumably the interim superintendent will be fully focused on leading the school district.

When one puts it in your official bio for your book that you've already been doing press for...you have it ready to go. Well, that's how it should be done. Everything ready to roll out on the same day. Good or bad, he's had a lot of press today. People likely looked for the website the way I did. And there is nothing.

And the teaching and writing is part of his new business. Not separate.

It's just very amateurish and looks like a fly by night.

It was clearly ready to roll. https://www.revolutionary-ed.com/

Ok - I'll admit to not finding it. You're right. Clearly ready to roll. Still amateurish and looks like a fly by night.

Maybe the consultants that designed the new proposed ACPS logos also helped Hutch with this website.

You don't get a payout if you resign. If you don't like Hutchings, this is ideal resolution for you.

He is getting a payout. I get being paid out for sick and vacation, but severance?

What's Wilson like as a mayor? And what is the PTAC vs the PTA?

I do not think this will play out that like that, my little info and sense is this was not Hutch's idea, and the SB may have been moving to act. Moreover, PTAC also began to support his ouster in recent weeks.

hahahahahaha I needed this laugh today. PTAC holds their finger up and sees which way the wind is blowing.

Yeah. Ultimately, PTAC is Wilson's "mom mafia" as he likes to call them. Pretty clear the Alexandria establishment was done with Hutch and needed a scapegoat.

If only Wilson and rest of council would go the city may have a chance to recover from the last 4 years.
