Kid1 said in a few classes the teachers made the unmasked kids sit in seats clustered together. He said the seats were moved to the farthest part of the room.

Yup. I wouldn’t assume the scenario described above with 80/84 kids masked is out of desire. The peer pressure is huge and there were nasty things being said in social media too. My high schoolers don’t wear a mask in normal life but still are at school despite their siblings and teacher parents not wearing one.

Hmm. My kid goes there too and said it was about 50/50. Teachers and students.
Do you have strong opinions about masks? Your kids may be tilting reality to what they think you want to the case. Or what will get you to stop talking about it. Or they are really bad at estimating (which most people are).

The only ones who believe the CDC?
Too bad the liberals/democrats/progressives disregard the experts and their science

Anonymous wrote:It is stunning. FCPS has turned the children into a bunch of good little sheep. The CCP could not be much more successful. If I was FCPS I would be emboldened - what more control can you exert over what the students do, what they say, what they think.
Pretty amazing - you have the kids doing something (wearing a mask) that few would want to do and that in it's current form (cloth masks, fit etc) is almost completely pointless.
