The current map proposal seems pretty good. I mean the older plan to combine Foxhall with Glover Park, when they are only connected by a poorly maintained path through the woods was pretty silly. It really makes you wonder what they were drinking during that meeting or if they knew what was going on.

This is interesting, Can you explain this claim in detail with examples, and then explain how it extends into 2022 when we are able to buy into DC neighborhoods regardless of skin color? thank you.
Learn about housing covenants that covered many of the DC single family home neighborhoods that are currently historic districts, and then take a look at every neighborhood complaint ab out new development where the term "neighborhood character" is cited repeatedly and often.

DP, but historic preservation and other undue restrictions on development raises housing prices, which black people are systematically less able to stomach.

establishes Reno Rd. and 41st St. as the border between Upper Wisconsin and Upper Connecticut, ensuring that all residents close to Wisconsin Avenue in the vicinity are included in the Upper Wisconsin ANC;
includes the National Cathedral, Rosedale Conservancy, and the Naval Observatory in the Lower Connecticut ANC;
includes the Foxhall Village and Colony Hill neighborhoods in the MacArthur-Mass ANC
keeps the Forest Hills neighborhood within one ANC.

Why hasn’t this been posted on every neighborhood list serve in Ward 3? Why is the Task Force information so hard to find.
Because the people on the task force, most particularly Ward 3 Council candidate Tricia Duncan, is a clone of Mary Cheh, and has no interest in public engagement or transparency. It is only because there was huge pushback that their horrid map from two weeks ago wasn't adopted. Thank goodness the community rose against that dumpster fire.

Or, you could google any of the Brookings, or DCFPI or DC Housing white papers on the topic.
If you can't explain it in a nutshell, how pricey condos in DC are so needed, then I really don't need to go any further .
