I eat salad for lunch six days a week. I change up which fruit I cut up into it (currently on peaches, about to transition to apples), and which nuts/seeds (currently on pumpkin seeds), but there's always romaine lettuce, lentils, and quinoa.

The 44-year-old has a committed approach to exercise too, and told The Guardian that she loves to spend an hour on the treadmill each morning, saying that she finds it empowering. "For me, that's where I go in the morning, that's 'me' time. It's not just about how it makes you look," Victoria said. "It's how it makes you feel. It really gets me ready for the day. It clears my mind. It's also where I have lots of ideas. It’s a time when I'm not on the phone, I'm not with the children, I'm not with David; I can literally just be left alone." She follows up her morning run with an hour-long session with a personal trainer, where they follow a dance-based workout from the Tracy Anderson Method.

Tracy Anderson is well-known for promoting eating disorders and body dysmorphia. Her diet plans are 600-800 calories a day, and her workout programs are designed to keep women as tiny as possible (yes, she actually said that in her book).

DP. My 97-year-old aunt is this way. She'll say eating is essential but it's such a bore. She's spry and hilarious to be around. Foodie culture, and taking pictures of meals etc., really isn't how things have always been.

If I had to choose one type of meal for the rest of my life it would be what's she's eating, it's delicious.
