2) I work with federal law enforcement and find the Agent Miller story fascinating. And to your point, it’s not a plot hole (just regular suspension of disbelief). She was BRILLIANT to arrest him publicly. Here is a wanted international criminal on US soil. FBI absolutely has jurisdiction. If her highest supervisors want to fire or otherwise punish her, what are their grounds? Can’t just fire a federal employee. Miller is entitled to due process and a hearing. It’s not like they can say, as justification, “She scuttled our Super Secret, Super Shady deal with a drug dealer that would’ve allowed him to keep drug-dealing and killing with impunity…”

Now in the real world, sure they can make up some stuff about workplace misconduct or performance problems. But nothing fireable, is my guess. And Miller may have led the arrest as a toss-the-match-behind-as-you-walk-away move. She may have thought her days as an agent were numbered anyway, and she was someone who truly cared about getting the Big Fish.

Also, I knew from the start of this season that Wyatt was gonna die, but I was still sad it happened.

Erm, Marty was not the mole, Javi's uncle was the mole.

Marty was indeed the mole. He contacted Omar every time a drop was scheduled so that Omar could make sure it was ambushed. So technically, they were working together as moles.

I think she becomes one dimensional in this season. In previous seasons she had some humanity but after she had Ben given up, she lost it all and turned essentially evil.

On episode 2, this shit is so boring.

Wendy is great character. Laura Linney is amazing in this role. But Wendy is such an absolute b!t$h.

DP. Totally agree. That was the one scene in the entire series that I found completely implausible. No way would she have been able to go above her bosses. I wonder if the next half of the season will show her being fired because of that.
