The Agent Miller plot hole could have happened bc hermaking the arrest so publicly ensured that her bosses could not renege, however she would be immediately fired and so far they haven’t mentioned that.
I adore Marty and Ruth, and hope their friendship is developed and featured more in the final season. He is all Ruth has left to count on.
Last musing- I got a kick out of the Wyatt-Darlene couple and am bummed they are gone. Also because Darlene was a bad-ss, albeit one touched by madness.

Javi (Javier) has no chance against Ruth.

No chance! He's actually pretty stupid. I can't believe he didn't figure out that Marty was the mole. Duh!
Erm, Marty was not the mole, Javi's uncle was the mole.

Wendy is great character. Laura Linney is amazing in this role. But Wendy is such an absolute b!t$h.

Ruth shouting at Wendy "You F…. C…" was great.

-Javi going to the Snell house to kill Darlene: it's a large property with a winding driveway. Darlene would have seen a strange car and be on guard. Did Javi really have the foresight to hide the car somewhere and sneak into the house unseen?
-Frank senior going to the Snell house without any security.
-Agent Miller going rogue and arresting Omar: why on earth would she do that? She knew about Javi and knew her bosses would just strike a similar deal with Javi, who's far more reckless than Omar, and who actually ambushed several of her agents with that truck bomb. Why the hell would she arrest Omar, who said he'd have to kill Javi, which would be a good solution for everyone?
-Javi striking a 10-year deal with the fbi. LOL. A deal that's verbal only, known only among the 5 of them, and could be dead any moment when one of the fbi bosses leaves their position.
The bolded really strained my credulity. I don't understand how a lowly agent could destroy a deal made several layers above her. Presumably FBI isn't so entrepreneurial that you just go out and arrest people. There's be paperwork, clearances, etc. and no one stopped her? Is this deal so super secret that no one even knows about it, and therefore it could be easily scuttled by just about anyone not a party to it? Doesn't seem credible.

We never saw his body, but what motivation would the hitman have to fake it? The same guy killed the lawyer (who wanted Ben dead) in Mexico. Couldn't Ben come out of hiding then? There's also the issue of his illness. I do hope he's alive, but I don't see how that could happen.
We didn’t see his body but Marty and Wendy did, right? Or am I remembering wrong?
