I have lived all over the world and Alexandria is one of the most racist cities I've ever lived in. The racism is institutionalized in all aspects of our city government and it is inculcated from birth in the offspring of the city's white so-called liberal families.

I fault my fellow parents. They are embarrassing. They should have all been thrown out of the game and forbidden to come back until they 1) apologized to everyone for their bad behavior and poor language, and 2) performed some sort of community service.
