then Harvard sucks. in Latin, "regina" and "vagina" have the same ending "eena" pronounced in the same way . the Latin word "vagina" is not pronounced like the American work "vagina" (it's pronounced vageena)

No but if they are from Goa, they may have learned enough Latin at their Catholic school to know the pronunciation.
come on, you dont need to go back to Julius Caesar, Regina and vagina are two Italian words. they have the same ending but nobody in Italy would laugh if a street is called "Via Regina" because they have different meaning and nobody would think of the vagina when they read the word for "queen".
