Is there no Va thread? 3rd case - Arlington Co. Age 60s, international travel.

The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) announced that an Arlington County resident has tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). VDH and the Arlington County Public Health Division (ACPHD) are working together to identify any close contacts of this resident who would require testing or monitoring for symptoms of COVID-19. This is the third presumptive positive result, with the other two being a Marine Base Quantico resident and Fairfax City resident. All three cases were exposed through international travel.

How wide spread inDC must it be if random Canadian visitors just picked it up. Any details?

So do the Aspen think that she brought it from Australia?
While Australia thinks she. brought it from the US?

Not surprising. We just haven't done much testing here and people haven't stopped vacationing internationally nor taking cruises.

Why we don’t hear where in DC the person dwelled?

So if we export from certain areas, those areas must be “generous”. Which countries have us tied cases and where in US? Anyone has details?

When did she fly back to Australia? That would help us figure out just how bad it is in Aspen. If she flew back a couple weeks ago and caught it from community spread that long ago, they're in big trouble. If she just flew back it's harder to tell.

Seems like it is spreading internationally via ski vacations and cruise ships.

What do we have for Colorado? Data?

Australian visitor in Aspen confirmed to have coronavirus after returning home


A woman visiting Aspen from Australia has been confirmed to have COVID-19, also known as coronavirus, the Colorado Department of Health and Environment said Sunday in an update.

“We are aware of a confirmed COVID-19 case in Australia with ties to the Aspen community. One woman in her 20s who was visiting Aspen returned home to Australia earlier this week, where she tested positive for COVID-19,”

Some have gamma ray sterilization machines too.

The masks are never sterile. If they are inthe box and dont look like theyve been used they might take them.
