I know two women who were in long-term relationships (years long) with their boyfriends and those men cheated on them. They have STIs of the incurable kind. Another woman, who was a virgin, got an incurable STI from her first partner (in her 20s). Believe it or not, it can happen even to monogamous and "good" girls.

Don't they get about 500 million each year in federal money? How is that amount factored in to what you've said?
