Without a majority they don’t have subpoena power, which severely limits anything they can do that goes beyond gimmick. What tangible thing can they do right now that would make any difference? Serious question. I’m happy to call my senators and rep and ask that they do it; but what is the ask that would actually change anything?

Trump doesn’t even understand that it’s an app. He thinks that it was “a bad signal.”

Every day that goes by I get a little less worried because they’ve completely formed a circular firing squad and all they are doing is destroying things for the Democrats to rebuild better.

Sure, it’s terrible that so many people will get hurt in the process and that our place in the world will suffer so greatly, but we might look back at this time in history as the point when we pivoted to being a modern democracy once these people are gone.
