But didnt that quality club go back to GA? So doesnt that mean GA is picking up quality clubs?

Which means only one club in Somerset,NJ now which is a big deal, because that is the likely compromise ECNL forced allow PDA Blue to keep their boys in MLSN. I would not be surpirsed that a similar deal has been made in MoCo. BSC keeps MLSN/ECNL pairing but will allow ECNL to put a competitor in their backyard Potomac who happily already has ECNL boys, making them whole.

Northern Virginia has 3.2 million people whole state of MD has 6 million. If two teams in one county was an issue in more populated nova why would the league create that issue in another market with fewer people.
