Very interesting. I can’t wait to hear what the ahole who couldn’t stop criticizing Vance’s military service has to say about this. If I recall, that troll insisted that Vance only served as a resume builder and never saw combat. Looks like that describes Walz exactly. So we’re applying those same “standards” to Walz, right?
Sure. If someone says that Walz served "nobly," I'm going to want evidence that he did something noble. Merely doing your time in the military doesn't rise to that level. No shame - often enough, your period or mode of service doesn't give you much of an opportunity to do much more than your job. But people shouldn't oversell military service as more than what it is.
Then you agree with Walz himself. He has said precisely that about his own service.

The left has been negging Trump for his weight but think Walz is charming.
He is charming. Trump sucks all the charm out of the universe.

Walz is seen as open border, sanctuary city far left radical.

Walz did suffer health consequences from all those howitzer cannon booms. U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs records supplied by Walz after MPR News inquired about the scope and timing of the damage show he filed a claim for bilateral hearing loss and tinnitus with the agency in 2013.
In a benefits application, Walz spoke of blasts that "would knock us down and after firing I had ringing in my ears" and hearing loss that progressively worsened during his 21 years in the field artillery unit.

yes, he does. In a good way.
Absolutely not. This is a truly progressive ticket. I probably would have voted for Harris had she chosen Shapiro.

The democrats who were making a huge stink about Shapiro and Israel ARE anti semitic. He is just as moderate as every other candidate but he was singled out because he’s Jewish. That is the textbook definition of anti semitism.
And Kamala’s husband being Jewish doesn’t count for anything and you know it. All it means is that Kamala is not an anti semite.
Now do Islamaphobes. Are we as concerned about their presence among voters for either party?
Not trying to "whatabout" you here. But I'm trying to figure out why the anti-[Name Your Religion] sentiment is more important with respect to Shapiro than in any other context.

Teen Vogue has had solid political reporting for years, and its audience has been primarily but not exclusively young female voters. Dismiss it if you like, but decrying it publicly makes it clear how out of touch you are.
Vance, I told you to scram. #mascara

OMG enough with the whining! Start your own Sour Grapes thread if you're so upset Shapiro didn't make the cut!
You had to know Kamala would never pick a Jew.

There is no doubt she will be controlled by the far left.
if she had chosen Shapiro, she would have been criticized for being a corporate democrat.
Lose Lose.
