Every time he has a speech I think of the line from bridesmaids where she said I didn't know it was your diary. I just thought it was a very sad handwritten book.

He’s not miming sex. He’s doing his impression of a cisgender female weightlifter who wanted to make her parents proud by setting a new record, but couldn’t do it. Then he does his impression of a transgender woman weightlifter who easily lifts a much higher weight. He’s done this impression numerous times over the last year.
It’s hard to keep all of his imaginary grievances straight. His speeches are a series of bizarre delusional stories he has made up.
