Lots of these ISL and WCAC teams have many great players but in the latter half of the season you start to really see the effects of coaching, both what goes on in practice and during games. Without a coach who understands how to bring those players together, utilize everyone on the field, develop plays and strategies, and create a positive mentality, they won’t win. It’s clear which teams have good coaches.
