Wes has an endless budget and has an administration that will waive tuition for families they aggressively want to enroll.
He was a nobody in the college ranks, remember that.
Bellistri probably has the best body of work of active coaches.
The SJC and Speaks comments seem over the top.
SJC waiving tuition? Seems fairly hearsay.
Speaks was still a young successful college assistant who seems to have chosen the more stable high school coaching avenue. Since at SJC, all they've done is get better, including the historic 2022.
And this year, regardless of the impossible to settle Prep/SJC debate, they are having a successful season following a perfect one - which is hard to do. They might still stumble in the WCAC, but hard to hate on the year they're having right now.

The world knows they are a very different team this year after having lost over 20 seniors last year. This Friday will determine their standing in the WCAC and there are definitely no guarantees as both teams are fairly evenly matched.
Seems they are both inconsistent. Evenly matched? Not so sure. St. John’s has an advantage at the X and in the goal. Not sure that will translate to them winning.

Closer than I expected, well done to GC. Gonzaga shouldn't look past them this Sunday. Totally could see a WCAC favorite (SJC, Gonzaga, PVI) getting knocked out of the WCAC tourney in May by Dematha, Heights, Good Counsel. It's one and done, not likely but anything can happen.
Lol. St. John’s sat some starters today.
Yes, Jackie weller and dunkle were not playing I believe.
Are they difference makers?
Well… Number one recruit in the entire 2024 class and a Top 3 nationally ranked fogo
excuses by the Cadet faithful.
Prep would run them off the field this year when you look at their body of work.
St. John’s best win vs BL - haven’t lost to local team
Prep best win vs Blakefield - lost to local team - STM
Hypothetical games crack me up. Body of work. Lol
