We have a family wedding to go to in Philly suburb in late April. We already RSVP’ed but things are not looking good. All four of us were planning to attend but if this continues, we will probably not go.

It’s some international competition.
Yay or nay?
Sounds like the Irish Dance World Championships - my daughter did Irish dance for years. I wouldn’t be surprised if the competition ends up being cancelled. There’s going to be thousands in attendance. Many years ago, they cancelled Worlds when Mad cow disease was going around the UK.

just announced that America will
suspend all travel from Europe to the US for the next 30 days.
There will be exemptions for Americans who have undergone screenings.
So that person upthread in Paris is stuck there? oh my god lol
They have until Friday, or can be screened to come home.
Good luck changing your international flight and getting a new ticket in 48 hours. I just checked - they can go from Charles De Gaulle to NYC for only $400 (and a full day layover in a country with a massive outbreak).
Or they can go direct for $2,000.
Which country? I thought Italy banned all flights!
Charles De Gaulle is in France.
No where is the layover? You said a country with major outbreak?
