Joe Alwyn has co-written six songs with Taylor Swift under the pseudonym William Bowery: "Exile" and "Betty" from folklore; "Champagne Problems," "Coney Island," and "Evermore" from evermore; and "Sweet Nothing" from Midnights.
He also co-produced several of these tracks, including the folklore album, which won a Grammy for Album of the Year.
folklore: (2020):
"Exile" (feat. Bon Iver)
"Betty"
evermore: (2020):
"Champagne Problems"
"Coney Island" (feat. The National)
"Evermore" (feat. Bon Iver)
Midnights: (2022):
"Sweet Nothing"
What did Matty co-write with TS?
I don’t know if or what Marry co-wrote with Taylor. It sounds like they kept their partnership very hush-hush, likely because it was more than just a professional attachment over the years. He said they collaborated on Midnights. She sang that she keeps her longings “locked in lowercase inside a vault”, and fans are theorizing there might be more songs about or with him on folklore, evermore and reputation that we haven’t heard (all 3 albums are spelled in lowercase). Matty recorded some verses on Sl!t, a song that’s very likely about him, but those were removed when they broke up.
More importantly, he and Taylor used their music to inspire one another and to exchange messages, at times direct questions and answers, such as “But if the story’s over, why am I still writing pages?” (Taylor), and on his next album he would write a song for her and sing, “I think the story needs more pages, yes.” I keep noticing other similar examples in their lyrics, music, and videos and have seen many more on social media.
I feel bad for Joe. She said he was “a miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporary” and referred to their relationship as “the slammer.” All while he was allegedly co-writing songs with her on albums about her other love interest 😬 I wonder if he suspected, or if he too fell for her tall tales about fictional characters and made-up love triangles.

Back again to push this nonsense?
Are you the one who claims they can’t look at a list of songs Taylor copied because it’s on Reddit? Lmao
Are you the Lana Del Rey stan with nothing but a Reddit thread as your "citation"?![]()
Ah, so you the one who says they can’t look at Reddit for the videos of the similarities between songs. So funny!
The songs are the “citation.”
In Lana's song Blue Jeans the lyrics say - "Blue jeans, white shirt, Walked into the room, you know you made my eyes burn, It was like James Dean for sure"
In Style - "You got that James Dean daydream look in your eye, You got that long hair, slicked back, white T-shirt"
H. Duff be mad because she was talking about James Dean back in 04 “Another James Dean / You’re nothing like him so don’t call me friend /Even when the world stop turning/ There will never be another James Dean
Also in Blue Jeans -" But you fit me better than my favorite sweater"
Reminded me of Cardigan - "When I felt like I was an old cardigan under someone's bed, you put me on and said I was your favorite"
Donny D is also a thief ""Hold your hand the whole damn ride / Yeah, just like my favorite sweater / I guess that I'm yours forever.""
In Lana's song Diet Mountain Dew -" Baby, put on heart-shaped sunglasses" reminds me of Taylor and the heart-shaped glasses in 22.
Born to Die was released in January 2012 and Red in October 2012.
In Lana's song National Anthem - " Reckless abandon, Holdin' me for ransom, upper echelon, He says to be cool, but I don't know how yeť"
In Ready for it - " But if he's a ghost, then I can be a phantom, Holdin' him for ransom"
Oops. Who stole from Blink 182? “Now she’s holding him for ransom”
In Lana's song, Million Dollar Man - "One for the money, Two for the show, I love you, honey, I'm ready, I'm ready to go"
In Champagne Problems - "One for the money, two for the show, I never was ready, so I watch you go"
Big Bang beat them both in 2010 “One for the money, two for the show / We got the party people screamin’ out (hey-ho) Let’s go . and we won't even talk about elvis

Why is Gabbriette posing like Taylor in the tub? Weird.
Don't know, but she is incredibly off-putting.
Oh, I think Gabby is hot. Angelina Jolie type of stunning. But I still prefer Matty w/ Taylor because these two in love make incredible music, eg Folklore, Evermore, Midnights, Being Funny In a Foreign Language…
l find it funny that most of her fans still think Taylor’s best love songs were about Joe Alwyn when it is clear on the albums above she was pining for someone she didn’t have (Matty) and going on secret meetups. Even songs on Lover such as Cruel Summer or Death By a Thousand Cuts for example never made sense to be about a long-term relationship. There is a feeling of secrecy on Reputation too. And then she spelled it all out on TTPD.
Honest question: do people not notice lyrics??
I think we're well past Matty Healy at this point. Old news.
But he inspired 50 (?) of Taylor’s best songs that earned her a billion of dollars and global superstar status. I am fascinated by their love affair and will never find it old news.
Honestly, loving Matty Heally like this is the ONLY interesting thing she's ever done. Will never find it old news either.

She would be so pretty if she let her eyebrows grow back and stopped doing that stupid thing with her eyes all the time.
Also, heels with jeans? Is she in her 50s?
Heels in jeans is kind of back. Some of the young girls are really into the early 2000s thing right now. The two women are both beautiful but can’t be compared. Their vibes couldn’t be more different.
She has that model ugly/striking thing. Lots of models are like that. I thouggt maybe matty left ts becauae she was dull and not deep, but gabbi juat did an hour long cooking show and while she has some pleasant, soothing mannerisms, she is the most vapid uninteresting person. I feel like matty is with her as aelf punishment.
Model is meaningless now. Anyone with rich parents can pretend they are a model.
