Let him get right on building the bunker at least. It will be fun watching what will happen next in 2029. He gets voted out, throws a tantrum and then runs to the bunker screaming that the election results are fraudulent and he actually won again. He'll refuse to come out of the bunker, insisting he's still president and will always be president. This goes on right through the holiday season into the New Year. Immediately after the inauguration, the new administration sends a team into the bunker to physically remove him from the property.

The thing is, in a functioning society, the White House Press Association, which sponsors and hosts the Correspondents Dinner, would never host it at the White House. It is supposed to be an independent body for an independent press. It INVITES the president to attend. Until this year, Trump never did attend.
