I had no idea that Zia became a magistrate judge! I used to work with him (from a different agency) on international corruption-related matters when he was at DC USAO. I actually thought he was sharp and good to work with.
Yeah, he looks solid. But what does a magistrate actually do in a criminal mattter? Is he likely to make evidentiary rulings, preside over the jury trial, or make the sentencing decision? I just don’t know what the division of duties in on the criminal side. On the civil side you have to consent for trial before magistrates and the evidentiary rulings are all then reviewed by the article iii judge (although very deferentially).

Grow up. It’s a human body. We all have the same parts.
This is why being fearful of nudity is bad. People then grow up with weird perspectives about nudity being gross or wrong.

Who cares? Grow up.

I see he has a record of abusing his position of a photographer and seems like one of the creepy ones too.
Yeah, no issue with the art nudes. It’s the court pdf that’s gross.
If you pose for art nudes in a public park, you go to the pokey.
+1
It's like you want to live in a theocracy. What's wrong with people being nude
