suspend all travel from Europe to the US for the next 30 days.

Frontier's call line keeps hanging up on me when trying to transfer to an agent. Are they seriously allowing for free flight changes or is this a gimmick for the press because all fee change waiver has to be through their phone line.

I live in Colorado and our spring break begins Friday. I have friends going everywhere from Mexico to NZ to Florida and none have cancelled. I fly Saturday with my kids. My guess is that they will announce a move to online education over spring break- there’s no way 1500 kids who were just all over the country will be back to school a week from now IMO.

And I say this as someone who was still planning to travel abroad in early April a few days ago.


I am having doubts about domestic travel for spring break in April now and I have been VERY cavalier about this and thought everyone was overreacting. But our government has no control over this at all. It’s going to spread like crazy.

I'd put money on the schools closing at some point in the immediate future. At this point, I think they're just preparing as much as possible so they can close schools with as little disruption as possible.

You just confirmed my decision to get DC at a closing college all in one day despite the long drive.


I live in a college town that just closed. There are tons of traffic on the road. College kids are shopping. College kids are drinking. College kids are
going to the beach. College kids are going to restaurants. Traffic on the roads is busy as everyone is out entertaining themselves.
College staff is getting paid and not working so why not.


Insanity reigns. I will be embarrassing my kid with mask and gloves Can stay with family 1/2 way if need be on the way home.

My kid's college closed. Getting up at 4 AM and driving up, and we will drive back same day - no hotels. Will be over 15 hours total. He can share the drive.
