I have to agree and I think Jeff should consider setting this down. This is a cesspool of speculation and baseless accusations.
They aren’t baseless. The man’s car was impounded and police spend hours last night photographing garage in the dark. These are facts.
It is very possible that their house is being examined because that’s the last place she went. It would make sense to see if any clues were left behind or evidence of someone stalking her that night. Taking his car could be a required formality since she was in it a few hours earlier. Or they could be checking it for a tracking/bugging device.
They don’t light up with luminal the garage of an every family member of a kidnapped person. For over an hour. In the dark.
If it is a major case where the FBI is involved and that person's garage and in their car was the last place they were seen alive, yes they do.

As in-town caregivers, it's likely they share service providers and have people coming in and out of both houses. Just as likely they are looking to collect evidence related to stuff like that.
Yep, going through all the people who come in and out of both of these homes (since she was probably over at the SIL and BIL's home a lot) is probably a priority. Remember Elizabeth Smart was taken by someone who had been in their house doing work. The main suspect in Relisha Rudd's case was a janitor.

Of course they do. They are likely looking to match unknown DNA they found at the mom's house to someone. And they are probably looking at the sister's house for a match to rule out - or identify - common service providers, friends, or visitors that are the match.

If not for the money, then why take her alive and do the ransom charade? If they were involved, maybe they were forced into it by someone else.
I agree. Savannah said her sister is her closest friend. If that is the case makes no sense for the sister to do this for money. She has a decent networth if online info is accurate and I would not be surprised if Svannah did the tax free gifts of money each year.

They opened the house to investigators to rule out anything.

This whole nation is watching this kidnapping and the events around it. Jeff can shut down this thread, but that won't change the fact that this is part of a national conversation at the point.
+1. And the facts/circumstances of the case are totally bizarre and unlike any other.
