so they have coaches who are coaching at another club for futsal? is that what the message they just send means?

Are coach contracts at will? Are there non-compete provisions?

Yeah don't listen to the coaches who are there EVERY DAY or board members who may know what's going on in the club. Listen to the parents who's kids are treated right. Don't worry about where your money is going, why some coaches get pennies and others get 6 digit salaries. Don't worry about so many kids playing for the club for free while others have to pay, don't worry about coaches running individual clinics and charging an arm and a leg (and those kids play all the games on weekends too because they get that exceptional 1 on 1 training)

So yes I'll listen to the rich "happy" parents because the coach you're paying extra is telling your little bundle of joy they're the greatest player he/she has ever seen as long as you're filling his pockets. You are also the first one to get that ECNL patch and get so excited to post it on social media.

*some* parents are happy. please do not speak for all of us. there are lot of parents who are *not* happy and lots and lots (maybe MOST) coaches who already have a foot out the door.
