Langdon comes out of the bathroom and immediately goes into the trauma with the guy with the spinal injury. Then they need an attending and no one else is available so they send someone to go get Robby, who is... in the bathroom (they knock on the door and then he's zipping up).
I'm pretty sure it's the same bathroom because it's close to the trauma room where the spinal guy was.
Were Robby and Langdon in the bathroom at the same time? I feel like this is one of the reasons Langdon comes out of the bathroom looking kind of weird, not because he was doing drugs in there.
This is not the first time I've noticed weird stuff with the bathrooms. Earlier in the season when we were still wondering what was going on with Dr. Al-Hashidi, there was a scene were she comes out of the bathroom looking upset/troubled. This was a different time than when we see her go in the bathroom to call her neurologist.
While I hear you, I really do think in jobs like that the bathroom is where you hide / cry / reset. I went to MIT and you cried in empty stairwells or bathrooms.
Lawyer here. Have totally cried some tears of frustration/rage in the bathroom while at trial.

No. They are both my least fave characters. Its not all about them.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Stay focused, people! Langdon! Aaah. I hope he’s clean on that drug test. He mentioned his back hurting, which is how he got addicted in the first place. He looked high AF coming out of the bathroom. But then… he didn’t seem scared or like uh-oh when reminded of his drug test, just in a hurry, so maybe they’re setting us up and he’ll be okay.
I am done with Robby/Rabi. Also the blond head nurse. Too one note/angry/troubled.
+1
It's like Noah Wylie has had one expression on his face the entire season...

You have issues.
That’s not very kind.
+1 Ignore the PP. Unfortunately this thread has one rude poster who attacks people of they don’t like her beloved Santos.
I mean, it's seems to me that response wasn't about santos, but about the PP's weird response about depressed teenaged girls.

That was totally my conclusion. First thing was him in the breakroom with Whitaker and he was taking a pill for the back pain and aggressively told Whitaker it was an Advil not something else. So we are already set up to be thinking this. Then they are needing him, and he's coming out of the bathroom looking like a sweaty high mess. Then he fixes that patient with the neck adjustments, and didn't want to do it, totally hesitated, which is out of character for him, but Rabi made him do it because Rabi hadn't seen it done, and then he does it and thank heavens it goes ok. I think there was something after that that was supposed to make us think he's high as well, but I can't remember what. Was there a scene before or after this where he goes to order a pain med for a patient and the other doctor in the room (King maybe?) questions it and they order something else? I feel like something like that happened as well. I hope it is all some kind of a red herring, but people truly don't change very often, especially where addiction is concerned. Can they? Yes. Do they? Not very often.
Please stop typing Rabi, it’s Robby.

Why do you care? I used to write Rabi as well. The nickname is based on his last name, Rabinovitch. Last year much of the show affiliated media used that spelling. The tide of Robby took over and most people use that now but it’s not a big deal. We all knew who PP was talking about.
As for the actual content, I think there is some deliberate ambiguity. Is Langdon relapsing? We can’t tell. Some things are potentially hints but it could be just the stress. He looks like a scared animal much of the time.
