would say both leagues have top clubs depending on location. But will see who is top club from what league in Jeff Cup!!

The history is that ECNL was there to catch the DA clubs.

How many of those academies have attracted top players or won nationals?

When NWSL finally creates homegrown rule, those clubs will all shift to GA.

Never been to San Diego but have heard of surf. However not heard of Rancho Cucamonga Soccer Club. Some clubs are known entities with long track records and loyal followings those are not things you say when you read GA list of clubs. Common knowledge in soccer community.
