I don’t buy the relationship with Phillip at all. They have zero chemistry.
Yes, and yes.
Kate and Philip might be the fakest-seeming couple I've ever seen on tv. The actor playing Philip tries, but it's just not remotely plausible.
I wish they would have matched Kate with someone more like the old Toby. She still has more chemistry with Toby than Phillip, even at their worst moments. She is so unlikeable. I feel like they had her character moving in the right direction towards some redeemable qualities and then...nope.

Now we know that Madison is out of the running so it must be Sophie. Unless Philip has a sister, she is the only one of the women at the engagement party who Kate would include in her second wedding. She doesn’t have to cheat on her husband; she could just break up with him before getting back with Kevin.
Was it for sure a bridesmaid dress? If so, this is even more stupid. He randomly hooks up with someone knows about, but all of her toiletries, and her bridesmaid’s dress are in Kevin’s room, and no one has noticed a missing bridesmaid when Kate and the rest of them are all fully dressed with hair and makeup done? Anyone who’s even gotten married or been in a wedding knows that shit takes HOURS. If it’s Sophie (which is possible since Kevin made a point of saying he was glad she and Kate were so close again at the engagement party), then they would all be wondering where the hell she’s been all morning, and that would be the first thing out of their mouth when they saw a bra in his room.
This is shaping up to be as dumb a reveal as the whole Kate/Philip storyline.
Not it's not, just a blue dress. See the link a few posts up.
It’s a flowered dress.

If the bra and cloths are in Kevin’s room, where’s the woman who owns the clothes?
Right. How does that square with hooking up with someone? Even if the hookup took place the night before, after the rehearsal dinner, the woman would go back to her own room to dress and do makeup.
She’s in the shower, people!
Except we hear no water running and Madison and Beth have no qualms about snooping in his room at that time?
Wait, what did I miss? Madison taking photos of clothes/bra? When was that?
It's in the preview for the next week's episode.

We won’t have the benefit of seeing their relationship progress (just as we haven’t with Kate and Phillip) but we’ll just be expected to understand that Kevin got his happily ever after, too.
I'm really annoyed at the regression in his story arc with series of women in the flashes forward. Seems to go against the character development he had when he flew with the twins back to Pittsburgh. What up with that?
I agree. It doesn’t make sense that he would waste his time with a series of bimbos when he has his two children to parent part-time.
The beauty of co-parenting is 50% of your time is completely your own. Shooting the Manny reboot one day a week? He's got plenty of time.
It’s not about having the time but being a good role model like his dad.
The women all seem nice, they're just young and not impressive in any way.
That is true, but they're treated by the family like objects of mockery, which is not cool. Even if they think it's Kevin that they're ribbing, it only works under the premise that the women are not worthy of consideration.

And the Whitney Houston song in the elevator was funny. Otherwise, yeah, pretty bad.
