Where did he live his sophomore year?

Who cares? Kid could be traveling from VA. None of your business where he stays.

Just getting clarification of the level of hypocrisy.

I’m hearing he had a sleep over at a teammates house this past weekend. Someone needs to notify the IAC ASAP.

Exactly, and Prep is an example of a team who has it all.

But seriously, take a look at the past drafts for both the MLL and the PLL and you will see Fogos going Round 1, #1., plus a bunch of Fogos going way before the first goalie taken. And I’m pretty sure those GM’s know much more about lacrosse than both you and I

This is a silly argument, likely started by a lax Dad who is making excuses - every team wants a great goalie and a great fogo(s). What really matters is how this complements the other pieces you have on the team. A goalie needs great poles and D-mids around him to be effective. Likewise, a great FOGO is not of much value without great wing play and effective O players to carry and score. Let's move on fellas...

Fogos are important, but the offense has to be good enough to score after the fogo wins the ball. Prep’s offense is outstanding and deep, they make use of the fogo’s wins. They also make use of the excellent defense and goalie who often get the ball from the opposing team and pass it off to the offense (or score themselves).

UVA won the last D1 championship based on the strength of their D & goalie play - keeper Alex Rhodes was the tourney MVP. They beat Yale in the finals who had what many considered the best FOGO of all time in TD Ierlan. Pretty clear cut who you'd rather have...
